sexual harrasment- take 2

Ok so according to my calculations I'm really not due for another update until October but considering the fact that I'm stuck indoors on a cold windy Sunday night....
well... by Joe I'd better damn well update....
even when theres nothing to update about...
... yes thats right... I kept the entire sexual harrassment issue at work on the downlow.... only one of the two managers were notified as the second is merely temporary...
and yet strangely enough two days ago Bean was faced with yet another sexually charged comment....
... this time it wasn't from the same two maintenance idiots...
rather management himself... temporary management...
you'll note I referred not to it as 'harrasment' rather a sexually charged comment....
I believe the comment was made after I threatened to call off with no valid excuse other than blaming my nonexistant dying dog...
"But sir, I cant make into work because my dog is real sick and is in time of need.. have some sympathy... compassion... "
that to which management simply smiled and said
"Sick dog?? Theres no sick dog... you just want to be home petting the kitty"
... that to which my only response was to drop my jaw and fall out into a fit of laughter as I was truly amused by such a comment....
perhaps its because temporary management reminds me of Santa Claus.... one could just imagine jolly old saint nick with a slight hint of bitter humor making reference to any females "kitty"....
.. or maybe its just me...
hmmm... double standards...
... everybodys got em.. not to say it excuses anyone else from making such comments... rather.. it excuses me from allowing some to make the comments and forbidding others...
